SeenFirst is operated by Quoted Source Inc. ("we," "us"). We run a one-time audit against ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude using a set of prompts generated from the business details you provide, and deliver a report by email. There is no subscription and no ongoing account — each audit is a single, self-contained purchase.
The report reflects what these AI models actually said in response to the specific prompts run, on the date they were run. AI answers are dynamic: the same question can produce a different answer on a different day, from a different account, or with different browsing/location context. The report is a reproducible directional snapshot, not a guarantee of how any AI model will describe your business in the future, and not a guarantee of increased visibility, recommendations, or revenue from acting on it.
Payment is collected upfront via Stripe before your audit runs. If the audit fails to complete for any reason on our end, you're refunded automatically without needing to request it. Outside of that case, all sales are final — because the report reflects what these models actually said at the time of the audit, we can't undo or "redo" a result you're simply unhappy with after the fact.
Founding-price discounts, where offered, apply only to the specific number of audits stated at checkout and are not retroactive or transferable.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business details you submit (business name, category, market, competitors, use cases). We generate prompts and interpret AI responses based on what you provide; we don't independently verify your business's claims, credentials, or service area.
The action-plan and recommendation sections of the report are generated analysis, not legal, marketing, or professional consulting advice. Decisions about what claims to make publicly about your business (certifications, service capabilities, coverage areas) are yours to verify and make.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits, arising from your use of the report or actions taken based on it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the last revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
